I usually have been going to Burger King more often lately, because I have falling in love with the Crispy Chicken Sandwich and Its on the go. I'm not a huge soda drinker and most of the times I don't even take the soda from the Value meal.

I always ask for extra Cheese, Heavy Lettuce, Heavy Ketchup and Onions. Hardly not to say never i have gotten it the right way.in the last three months on this particular burger king, I usually buy through the drive thorough and when I get to my destination, I will open my bag.

Most of the time to find they have put Onion Rings instead of the fries, that they have given me a Whopper instead of the Crispy Chicken, That instead of having heavy lettuce, I have barely any. That I was charged for extra cheese but nothing was put on my sandwich and so on.

I never have the time to go back and have them correct it. Even if I did, I'm the type of person that is lazy for those type of things. I rather just give it away if it is a different order, eat it it it was not exactly the way I wanted it, or throw it away. Lots of the time I can understand the staff being really busy and making mistakes, etc... We are all Humans.

Because of this I have gotten into the habit of checking for my fries to see if they are not Onion Ring, or if they are Colder than my fridge, check the sandwich to see if I have lettuce or Cheese, etc..

Today I go to this Burger King once more. I order a Crispy Chicken Value meal, Heavy Lettuce, Extra Cheese, Add Onions.

I'm hungry, hungry, hungry and can't wait to get home. Luckily for me there is no one else on the drive through and after waiting for approx 10 minutes for my order due to a system error when paying. I got my food and drove off only peaking inside the bag to see my fries.

On my way home which is approx 10 minutes from the restaurant I eat my fries.

I get home, get comfortable, seat at the table. Open my bag, get my sandwhich out, to find a sandwhich with NO LETTUCE, NO CHEESE, one strip of Onion. The wrong Bread (bun) for the Sandwhich and HEAVY ON KETCHUP when I asked for none.

WOW, WOW, WOW, I said to my self. I said this is enough. I decided to go back to the Restaurant. I change clothes again, put my jacket on, took my car out of the garage and Drove back.

When I get there I speak to the gentlemen that attended me through the drive through. Very nice guy, I told them what happened, I showed him the sandwhich and I told him I want my money back. I told him this is not the first time that it happens and its already annoying at this pint.

He spoke to another pretty nice lady that I always see at this Burger King and the lady approached me, saw the sandwhich and asked the gentlemen why it did not have the right bread? The gentlemen said I have no idea. And they both shook their head from side to side. The gentlelmen apologize and I told him thanks, its not our fault anyway. But thanks.

I told the lady I wanted my money back please. Tis is not the first time that his had happened. I told her in the past couple of months it has happened at least 5 times and I have never come back to complaint. She apologize and said if I wanted a new sandwhich. I said Sure, thanks very much. But I want my money back.

She goes back to the kitchen and comes back after a couple of minutes and told me the reason why it didn't have the appropriate bread was because there is none left. She asked me if I still wanted it on another bread, I said sure, that it was not a problem thanks.

She brings me a new sandwhich, and fries. I told her there was no need for the fries as I ate mine already. I handed her my debit card in order for her to give me my money back.

She turns around and speaks to another lad which has been around the area, going back and forth and I had no idea who she was. The only thing I hear out loud is when she tells the Lady, "If he has his new sandwhich why are we giving the money back?"

She comes to me and tells me, you have your sandwhich, i cannot give you your money back. I told her: "From the beginning i'm asking for my money back, you are saying that i'm not getting it now?

She says that I have my sandwhich alredy. I told her keep your sandwhich then and give me my money back, she said "the entire amount? I told her yes the entire amount.

This woman took the bag where the sandwhich was in on top of the counter, out of my hands, then told the nice lady give him his money back.

She then came from the back of the restaurant and handed me a receipt and told he there is the cancellation of the order.

I asked the lady, "Is she the Manager"? She said yes. I asked for her name, the lady told me Amalia. This lady did not even turn around to adress the problem never introduce her self, she never apologize from the beginning and was not wearing a name tag.

I was very disappointed when I was walking to my car. I couldn't believe I went through this and on top of that, I was being left without a meal. Before I placed my car key onto the ignition. I saw the receipt she gave me.

I realized she had giving me the wrong receipt. I went back in and requested my original receipt as prove of cancellation, this manager went back toward the kitchen and brought my receipt as if she held it on purpose. WHen I saw the receipt, it said the emplyee who attended me and her name. She held the receipt on purpose in order for me not to be able to complaint.

I told Amalia, I will file a complaint on how nice customer service ethics you carry on this reastaurant.

I really don't think I will ever go to this restaurant again. And to be Honest, if this is the kind of people Burger King has as managers, next time I really will think about going to spend money on a meal, then if I get it served all wrong and then when trying to get it corrected, have to deal with another situation like this where you have to confront a HORRIBLE Manager's attitude, Customer Service, lack of communication and rudeness as Ms. Amalias from this particular Burger King.

I would think twice on going back to this one. And his was my first time doing something like this. Beware of this manager and this restaurant.
