A group of us eat lunch everyday. We went to burger king store 14848 on greenbush st lafayette indiana. First it took 13 minutes to get our order it was 3:11 pm so they were not very busy. While waiting i saw the manager red hair with pony tail and glasses. Tell another customer that he did not know what he was talking about. He wanted a shake in a large soda cup and she said it could not be done. He said that he gets this on a regular basis. She then told him it would be $5.00. What a rip off. The manager never said i am sorry to anyone about the lousy service and never smiled once nor did she do any delegation to the employees. So i asked if i could get my free cone she told someone to get it who was the cashier no hand washing and i still had to ask again. This is the second burger king in lafayette that we are xing off the to eat list. I decided to call burger king cust. Complaint line and finally hung up after 15minutes and 45 seconds. They claim to resolve problems, but that's easy if you do not answer the complaint line. P s the manager had her back to the customers almost all of the time. I guess fast food and customer care is a thing of the past for burger king.
