Constant Order Mess-ups, have to check behind them, attitudes when you ask to please fix order, RIPOFF!

Well, here I am to vent with reason. I, like many other citizens in Fitzgerald, come for a good value meal. Lately, all you get is crap!

I still patronize this restaurant because the FOOD is good, not the SERVICE. A majority of this is in the drive through. Up until last year, I had no issues with this place.

The first rip off was when I told them I wanted a Big N' Tasty with cheese, no cheese. The manager told me she promised me a freebie. I didn't worry about it, I just wanted them to understand their error.

The next go round, they shortchanged me some nuggets on my son's kids meal! The customer takes their word their order is filled, and you get home, and its not COMPLETE! I called and told the manager AGAIN what good does a Happy Meal do with no nuggets? I baked my son some chicken myself. Didn't bother for my money back, I was STUPID enough not to check for a receipt either...

Okay, so fast forward to today. I go and ask for a Mighty Kids Meal annd a Southern Chicken Sandwhich Combo. I get home, NO FRIES AND NO RECEIPT! On top of that, I got a regular 4 piece Happy Meal, not a Mighty Kids Meal with six nuggets. I probably paid extra and was shortchanged their too.

Tired of this, I go back and let them no I didn't get the correct Happy Meal and want my fries please. The woman who took my order sasses off and says "she needs a receipt". I tell her I can't show one, YOU DIDN'T GIVE ME ONE. She looks dumbfounded, and another employee behind her looks at me like a liar.

I, trying not to explode, say "You think I'm lying?" Why would I waste my time if I wasn't telling the truth? They piddle, take their time, and finally its ready. The lady who took my order did apologize and sent me on my way. I told her that's all I wanted.

I had been so furious and realized they still didn't give me a receipt and I didn't check into my money for the Kids Meal. I will be in tomorrow or find out when the manager is in, and get them to PROMISE me to remedy this. I get so tired of having to fix their mess-ups.

I told them one time, step into my shoes, if you were the customer, you'd be upset if your order wasn't right! They all got quiet and thought about it, because its true! Whatever happened to making the order right and CUSTOMER SERVICE. Something so simple has turned into a mad complication...
