I just ordered a chicken crisp sandwich combo from Burger King about an hour ago. I was told and agreed to wait (5) minutes for my order which was $8.01 for the small combo. I was more than anxious to try their new fries and was very disappointed with the taste. I ate them only because I was hungry. I then took a bite of the chicken sandwich. After taking the second bite, I found myself spitting it out into the bag and asking my mom what did they do to this sandwich? She said it was probably a piece of cartlidge, so I took another bite only to do the same thing. She turned on the car light and what we discovered made me sick. The entire inside of the sandwich was raw. It wasn't partially cooked it was raw. We immediately took it back to the Burger King located on Main Street in Jacksonville, FL. While the lady at the window was nice and gave us a full refund, it bothered my mother because she wanted to raw sandwich handed back to her through the drive thru window. My mother told her she would throw it in the trash because this was a health violation. The lady said she knew that but wanted to throw it in the trash herself, so my mother passed it back to her throough the drive thru window. Even though my mother offered to purchase something else for me to eat somewhere else, I am unable to eat anything at this time. This whole experience has left my stomach turned upside down and it will be a very very long time before I visit another Burger King.
