Churches Chicken
Total Lack of concern and or offer of satisfaction for food poisoning. Plus they removed the bisquit from the Individual chicken strip orders without reducing the price. It's always been one chicken

Got food poisoning... Old chicken and old grease. They offered zero concern or helpful satisfaction.
I also ordered individual chicken strips which have ALWAYS come with a biscuit. I always order f strips and four biscuits for $1.29 each.
They have stopped offering the biscuits with the strips yet they didn't reduce the price of the strips. Now biscuit MUST be ordered separately and for extra money. The size of the chicken strips have been reduced to maybe 2-3 small bites as well.
When I got home and found no biscuits I immediately called to complain that they forget the biscuits. The attendant was rude and contrary and didn't care to apologize for the inconvenience and made zero attempt to make the order right.

I recommend EVERYONE in that are to STOP patronizing the Churches Chicken at Walnut and Shiloh Rd.
The service has gone down hill and the quality of the food has also gone to heck in a handbasket.
