Chelinos
Non efficiency, did not get the food that we paid for and were treated badly

A team of us from work went to Chelinos off the expressway and council in oklahoma city for lunch.
We are given one hour.
It took them 30 minutes to get our food orders despite our pleas several times to hurry due to our limits for time.
After an hour, we asked that our food be brought out in to go orders due to we were already late back to our jobs. It still took several more minutes to bring our food.
When returning to work, the two people that ordred fajitas did not receive tortillas with their meals. One of them placed a call to Chelinos manager to discuss the issue. His reply to her rudely was that we didnt deserve them because none of us left a tip.
