Hi..

I had a complaint on last week. Thererefore store manager just sent me e mail indicating that please come and visit" I will return your money". However she just wrote me an e mail for just for formalities. When I entered inside the store, Norma and her Spanish friend started to talk about me in Spanish. (thanks i have co -worker who is Spanish so he explain me what they are talking), when you stupid manager came in front to talk to me and she was arguing with me for no reason. Just forget about to apologize, but she was talking no this is not true. My employee cant do this. So my question is why do you invited me in store if you are not going to resolve my matter? I was happy to some other store around their or macdonald's. She was arguing with me in front of other customers. I feel so embrace then before. Now I decide to going to take legal action against her. I just want to inform that if you do not want to resolve matter than why would you respond? It would be better if you not reply so people will stop wasting their time. For me coffee make my day so if i have a bad coffee in morning I spoil all my day. So please take some precaution and train your store manager and employee better. And stop betraying customers.

If you feel you want to contact me please feel free so. But please dont want to deal with same person or person who do not know what how talk with customers. Let them realize each and every customer make difference in business.
