I am unable to remember what town this was in. It is near toll booth off I44 between Joplin, MO and Tulsa. It is arched over the highway. We stopped at approx 2 pm onJune 26th and had a terrible cashier. She had blond, short hair and was in her 30 or 40's and was not wearing an id. We stood there as she eventually lookedat the four of us and keptinterrupting my husband as he attempted to give our order. She was very snappy and he finally said, "If you will wait just a minute, I will tell you", when she repeatedly asked if that was all and telling him the total while he was in mid-sentence. We got our order, which, wasn't correct, as she wasn't listening, but eye rolling at him and letting out these deep sighs. I checked our paid items with receipt and went to stand at the side of her line. I waited in line and again she waited awhile tolook at me and asked if I had a problem. I said I had items missing and I thought I might have the wrong salad. She held it up and tapped the side while glaring at me. I told her I wasn't aware the salad had chicken on it and showed her my receipt with missing items. She said, "You didn't pay for them" and I told her I knew andwould like to reorder, so she totaled it and since I had just used my card the machine jammed. She then crossed her arms, glared at me, then snapped, "Swipe your card!" I had had enough by this time and I asked, "Would you please ask please?" Her mgr had been listening to her and told her to be nicer, to which she replied, "I'm hot". We look forward to eating at this McDonalds every time we take the kids to Tulsa, because it is so unusual and they love to watch the traffic go underneath their table, but it was disappointing and embarassing this year.
