Poor service - Service level

Today I went to the Lincoln Mall drivethru. I ordered a Southwest Salad with Crispy chicken, and an Iced Tea,: half-cut". After I placed the order, the girl who took the order said, "I'm sorry... I wasn't paying attention... Could you repeat that?"

I did. There wasnt a long line at the drive-thru... But it moved slowly. I finally got to the first window to pay, and the girl seemed confused on how to make change based on what I gave her.
I explained it to her, and she got it.

I proceeded to the 2nd window to retrieve my food. Again, they asked me what my order was, and gave it to me.

Upon returning to work, I see that they gave me grilled chicken on the salad, not crispy... No packet which contains both the salad dressing and utensils.

I usually check, but did not this time.
This store is notorious for not running smoothly. At least, anytime I have been there. I really think it's time to stop purchasing from this store. They are just totally inept!
