I just had the worst experienced from a cashier in McDonald's Ali Mall. As per the receipt I've got her name is Helen. She first asked for my orders and based from the tone of her voice I know she's in a rush, there's really lot of customers on that moment. I provided my order and she punched it in the computer. She advised us how much would be the cost of the order without confirming the correct order. She doesn%u2019t sound polite and she's not very accommodating, even my niece who is 12 yrs old noticed her behavior. She gave the orders but there%u2019s a missing regular fries. I don't care if there's a need to provide additional payment but what made me upset is that after she asked for the additional costs she told me, %u201CI thought you%u2019d already cancel that%u201D, and she%u2019s very sarcastic. That%u2019s the time I checked the receipt and noticed she punched the wrong order so she would have to re-do it because I will not allow her to just charge me even if it%u2019s her fault. I became more agitated when she argued with me telling me she just has to provide me with what she%u2019d punched. I asked for the manager and the manager assist me but the cashier never apologized. She%u2019s very rude and she%u2019s worst cashier I%u2019ve ever met in my whole life. I don%u2019t think the company should just allow those bad behaviors. I always love eating in McDonalds, in fact every time there%u2019s something new in the menu I would check it immediately and recommend it to my family and friends. The manager could have resolved my issue today but I will never forget what the cashier did to me, and starting today, I think I will always think twice before going to McDonalds.
