Completely disappointed with my entire experience at Dairy Queen today. Picture of chicken salad was looking delicious on the menu so I decided to give it a try. Boy was I wrong... Would have been better off skipping it all together. First, I had to wait 15 minutes to even receive salad after I had ordered it. A salad. 4 cars behind me had ordered and received their items immediately... One person even had hot food! (think the girl just forgot about me). When the girl finally brought my food out... There was no apology for the wait. Just handed it and walked away. I quick checked it was a salad and drove off. To my suprirse, the salad I received looked nothing like the picture. First, the chicken was not even hot, so I have nooooo idea what took them so long to bring me my order in the first place. Second of all, it was missing half of what was advertised on the ordering menu... No carrots. No bacon. WHat's that about... Waited 15 minutes for some wilted, light green lettuce, and a little cup of tomatoes and cheese. Awesome. Definitely not worth $4.29 or my time. Needless to say, I will never be going back there. There was poor customer service as well as a lack of quality control.
