I've gone to a couple of McDonald's restaurants in Montgomery and Bucks Counties in PA and have asked for a sandwich, small fries, and a medium soda. Only once did I get the small fries. The employee's need to give the customer what he or she wants not what they think we want. If I wanted medium fries, I would have asked for medium fries. To top it off, McDonald's website doesn't seem to have a contact us section.
