I'm not seeing an option for completing the survey

I've a bill from January 19th that claims easily visit the web site I will finish a study abd get a $10.00 giftcard. I am not viewing a choice for finishing the study. I might provide useful feedback and that I'd also such as the giftcard (repeat client).
