Ive been a loyal customer for a few years now and its been a constant aggravation with the food especially the drive thru. 80% of the time i order anything with any special changes to the sandwich it gets screwed up!
I order in the resturant clearly state my order a few times and she did not know how to make the adjustments on the register so she went to the back and told the cooks themselves, which i dont understand because i am a former mcdonalds employee and i have used those registers with no difficulty. Then when i received it was incorrect when i tried to tell the cashier she raised her voice at me infront of everyone repeating what she thought i said i wanted. Luckly the manager was there and told her to lower her voice and she took it from then on... I received it again and it still was wrong, they made it a third time and it was correct with much waiting... The drive thru is worst because i actually notice the sandwich is incorrect when i get home nice and comfortable ready to eat. Why cant mc donalds ensure accuracy??? A customer's day would be even worst with careless customer service. 1st if the person ringing would take their time to make sure they understand the customer needs 2nd if the person cooking reads/understands basic english and take their timmmme and double check then im pretty sure that 80% would turn into 20%. I called and talked to a manager and she said hold on and i overheard her say to someone "i dont take customer complaints" this resturant is the worst mcdonalds ive come across in orange county... Location: rt 211 middletown ny 10940 resturant is much better! Also, ive seen on frequent cases the managers yelling and taking advantage of the young 14-16yr old employees and its not fair! Even i seen that one of the managers brought her son to work! She told him to go the play pen and play! Pleaseeeeeee talk to dolson avenue im sick and tired and tired of being sick and tired you guys need to really clean house
