This is the most unprofessional Mcdonalds i've been too. Two customer walked out w/out their food and already paid for. The manager (a black girl) was yelling at everyone to stop taking order and start cooking. She was digging her ear wax, the guy running the drive through took off his sweatshirt because he was too hot... infront of everyone. And then fixed his hair didnt wash his hands and continue to touch food. The manager or supervisor the (black girl) was so unprofessional, she keep saying she need to go on break and that she been here since six o'clock... How does that make you as a customer feel to see and hear these things? I'll spit my food on them and get my money back.
