Craig Hindelang is an unfitting manager. There are always bosses at every job that will make you angry, but this is more than that. The way he runs his business is unacceptable.
Something needs to be changed about the way Craig treats his employees. Business is negatively effected because many times employees are too afraid to go to Craig for help when he is the manager on duty. There have been cases where customers are needing assistance but the servers are too afraid to ask Craig for help, in fear of being screamed at and belittled in front of coworkers and customers.
Unfair treatment of employees is another huge issue. The rule is, employees are not allowed to sit at the bar or drink alcoholic beverages in their uniforms. However, certain employees are allowed to do both of these things, many times with alcohol provided by Craig (whether they're of age or not).
His lies and manipulation in making important business decisions such as wages, punishment, and termination are extremely unprofessional and overly influenced by his personal opinions. Craig constantly brings his issues from home into the work environment, taking them out on his employees, which creates an unbearable working atmosphere. Many girls are even uncomfortable working with him because of his inappropriate sexual gestures and comments.
The reason for filing this complaint is solely because this restaurant is a wonderful family restaurant, and one person alone is bringing it down.in no way, shape or form is this meant to create a negative view of the restaurant he works at. However, in order for the business to run the way it should and for employees to be treated the way they should be treated, something must be done about Craig.
