I purchased a dining room set from them and there are pin marks all over the chairs, paint is worn off. They said it is suppose to be that way but not the pin holes

I purchased a dining room set from One way furniture on June 3rd it was delivered to me. I called them and told them that every chair (4 of them) were marked with pin holes and the wood is all chipped off. They said it is antique but the price was 1375.00 and they are dirty and the table is all not steady. The chairs are not white it is suppose to antique white but thety are all yellow and dingy looking. They will not give me my money back. The chairs are awful looking. The ad said Whishire but the shipping boxes aid made in Vietnam. They are not worth the money because of the quality is so cheap.
