In march, i received and paid to get a dining area table and 6 seats. These were beautiful. Nevertheless 2 of the chairs were missing the parts for everything below the chair. Chromcraft declined to restore the seats - they said it'd be even faster to send the missing components. 3 times they sent bags of nutsandbolts (with days of time before each shipping. We didn't need the nutsandbolts. Lastly, diningroomsdirect.com received involved and chromcraft delivered the best components - although not them all. The assembly guy (who just left below explained i ought to just purchase 2 new chairs and return these. I've already organized the money for these. I'm likely to attempt to have eating roomdirect.com purchase the chairs and they could have the credit for that delivered types. It's now been four months and that i still have a large carton resting within my house. I'm handicapped and getting around in a scooter - i don't require litter in my way! Customer support at chromcraft is extremely rude and will not cope with me - they say i've to cope with the business. The business appears to be getting room fast together. I paid over $2000. For that set. The standard appears good and everyone loves the comfort of the 4 total seats. However many things are simply not woth the stress - particularly when one is on the fixed-income.
