I've been going to the Ocean Deck for over 25 years. Had alot of great memories with Family and freinds. I also have several photos taken from there. This report is about the overcharge on my bill.
I currently work for Dominos Pizza. Recently I was given an employee discount card. It's a one year membership to HIA. This card gives me 30% off total liquor tab.
On 9/6/07 me and freind from England went to the Ocean Deck for lunch. I used my HIA card and received 30% off bar tab. Went back to ocean deck 9/7/07 with 4 other in our party.
When it came time to leave I showed the waitress my card. She then asked if the others in my party also had these cards. They did not. She told me it only covers what I drank. At that point I asked to see the manager.
I asked the manager why I had gotten 30% off the day before and not today. He could not give me an answer. He told me because there are 5 people in our party.
After about 20 minutes he comes back to the table with my new bar tab showing 30% off and tells me in front of my freinds that "Don't ever ask for the f_king manage again and walks away. Everyone in our party was
shocked!!! I paid the tab and left. I will never go there again.
After further review of tab found an extra charge under other, for the amount of $23.67 the same amount of 8 party charge. So i was charged twice. Once under 8 party charge and again under other?
