CRUISESONLY http://www.cruisesonly.com / Will NEVER book through this company again. We booked our cruise in May. Our deposit wasn't required until November 30. Once they had our initial reservation, the representative was rude and even asked, "Why are you calling me?!" (Conveniently, the representative we booked through is no longer with this company). We booked as a group and were all supposed to be together on the same deck, Deck 6. We received NO emails showing the cabin number for our party.
It wasn't until AFTER they had our full deposit and the Jan 6 invoice that we realized they had moved one of our party to a lower floor. When we tried to call and get this fixed, they lied and said they sent emails with the room assignments. Not so. All the emails stated TBA (to be assigned) until the January 9 statement. Once we realized what they had done, they refused to fix this issue, stating our party would have to pay extra for the "upgrade". We cruise every year and book several cabins at a time. We will no longer use CruiseOnly. Buyer beware. You get the exact same rates to book yourself through Carnival. Save yourself a potential headache of having to deal with this rude company.
