I had went to mcdonalds in pine city on sun nov. 9th. First off ordered to kids meals and a big mac meal.in one of the kids meal we didn't get carmel apple treat but ff. Forgot the chocolate milk. When it came to my meal. The big mac was so cold felt like it came out a refridgerator. So i went up there and told them and i said could you heat this up. Thinking maybe they would get me a new one but no they heated it up. My ff. Were cold soggy and old. I wanted a special time with my kids and this is what i got. Now come on your employees should appreciate the customers. Well let me tell you one of your employees wasn't happy i brought my big mac back. I hadn't been to mcdonalds forever and i wanted a good meal, warm and pleasant instead i got jipped.
