In the advertising for employees, Boston Market says they train their new employees giving applicants the impression they accept inexperienced employees.
That is not the case.
In reality, Boston Market wants employees who have some experience working in restaurants. Not only is this obvious on the application, but I was told this by the manager of our local Boston Market in so many words.
I tried contacting the offices of Boston Market regarding this issue to perhaps edit their advertising. That way inexperienced applicants will not waste their time applying for a job they will not win. I did not receive any kind of a response.
I am posting this to help make other job applicants aware of this situation with Boston Market in the hopes of saving them from making the same mistake I did.
