I drove up to the drive thru. I ordered my meal. Drove up to the window, paid the person with my dollars and coins. After another employee finished making my burrito she put it to the side. The person I gave my money to picked it up (WITHOUT GLOVES ON, OR WASHING THEIR HANDS) and put it in the taco bell paper thing and then put it in a bag. And I saw the WHOLE thing from my car. The employee gave me my food and I said thank you because I am a nice person.
When I got home I ate everything but the tortilla.
Oh my god she did not wash her hands or use gloves after she touched my money.
To say the least I will not be going back to another taco bell ever again. They hire people who are not competent of anything and people who do not follow rules. This is gross and sick. This taco bell was at the Corner of Tatum and Shea Blvd.in Phoenix, Arizona.
Taco Bell should be ashamed of themselves. As I will never spend another dollar there again.
