This boston market is full of very mean and rude workers. And insult and put customers down after consistently messing their order up and the managers do nothing to compensate customers and in an immature and hostile way only yell at them and insult them. They have terribly rude workers who insult and fight with customers about petty things, and harass and yell at customers. There is a very demented manager there who yells at customers after the employees constantly get their order wrong, he then tells them not to come back to the restaurant. Other managers have even admitted the employees get people's orders wrong all the time, but this manager yells at customers and insults them, and if you call the area manager, he doesn't care and does nothing about the situation.
This restaurant is the example of bad customer service, bad business practices and should be shut down— the boston market customer service help line is terrible and does nothing to help customers out or compensate them for all the problems they've had to go through with mean incompetent psycho managers, and bad boston market employees, and utterly rude and bad service and experiences.
