I thought I wanted to go to Boston and made a reservation through travelocity for a 3 star hotel in boston. It was really booked that day so I went for it... BIG mistake. I was given a lesser quality hotel (comfort inn on the edge of boston 20-30 miles away from downtown or any transportation) Right away I called customer service it must have been a mistake. They said the will cancel the reservation and issue refund. Next week comes and still no refund so i called the company and to my surprise, they NEVER filed a refund. And told me that they won't. So I'm out of $160.27 for a hotel I never even been. I never had this kind of problem with anywhere.
