My employees drink to much coffee but I don't mind the expense if it keeps them productive.
Last month my k-cup order was just under $300 but another brewing system broke. Before I spent another $130 to replace it I reached out to Keurig to see about warranty parts but got no response. I saw an add for free commercial systems and applied and got no response. I decided to respond to the customer service link in one of the dozens of spam emails they send me a week and guess what, no response.
Poor service at a premium price. I recommend it for their no slogan. Its kind of catchy and no need to worry about 'truth in advertisement" because it so true.
No more flavored coffees just one pot and they can add flavored creamers.
