Calhoune Plumbing and members of the family have eaten at the Longhorn on Sheridan St., in Hollywood, Fl since it was built after the previous restaurant was torn down. We purchase at least $800.00 worth of gift certificates for customers at Christmas and we eat there at least twice a week. Yesterday 10/1 we ate there at approx. 5:30 pm. We took guests and three of us including Danny Calhoune ordered steak. 16 oz, prime rib. $111.00 total. My husband Danny could not eat his because it was very fatty and too under cooked. He was embarrassed in front of friends to whom we have raved about the Longhorn. I am a member myself. Finally after complaining to a manager (managers seem to change there frequently) he brought my husband a very thin slice of steak to replace what he could not eat. We felt very uncomfortable and felt he should not have charged us for that one order. Very disappointed, we feel reluctant to entertain our guests there in the future. Jacqueline Calhoune
