We eat at LongHorn Steak House in Altmonte Springs, Florida, at least twice a month but last night we got the worst meal we have ever had; not the quality we are use to. Hard dry bread was replace upon request. My caesar salad was watery and wilted. My hasband rib eye steak was burnt, dry and tough did not look like my steak. Again upon complaint, it was replaced. The second steak wasn't burnt but it was very fatty with no taste. It look like it came from Albertson, etc. Not from LongHorn.
