Horrible customer appreciation - Fm

I am really dissatisfied and really saddened by my last experience with longhorn steakhouse. Let me first explain that I was a faithful customer to longhorn. The food is fabolous & hands down the we're my number on restaurant of choice. My wife and I loved this place. We would go maybe 4 to 5 times to longhorn alone & would spend no less than $50 to $150 easily because we loved this place. We also would always tip BIG, be haze we believe in it and we love the service from the waiters. So as you see this was my absolute favorite place, until a week ago. We decided to eat there as usual with some friends. Two other couples, one of which travels a lot so, this was their first time eating there. We all order large amount of food appetizers, entrees, steaks, ribs, the works, drinks, having a great time. We spent between $350 - $400. We tipped the waitress $80. Everything was great we thought. Later that night me and my friend who ordered the same thing got horribly sick. So the next day we called to report what has happen and was treated with nothing but disrespect from the manager and claimed that we must have caught a virus going around and we was mailed one $30 gift card for the inconvience. Needless to say they just lost a very faithful and loving customer to longhorn steakhouse. No happy at all. Longhorn @ Valley view mall in Roanoke, Va
