Literally just had the WORST waitress at the Howard Johnsons. She was cursing in front of little kids, complaining straight to our faces about everything we asked of her, complained that we all ordered milkshakes and told us not to order anymore because she didn't feel like making them, and on top of all that, every single order was wrong, someone didn't even get theirs until I was paying... I don't understand how she is still working there. I was really upset tonight with the service that was provided, not just from her but with the entire staff. Unless something is done, or even just a damn apology is given, I'm not going back there, and neither are any of my residents (45 of them). All we wanted was a good night out, and we were treated like dirt.
