9i went to the capital blvd. Store at 2727 capital blvd. Raleigh NC and tried to use a coupon, the store owner said he didnt know how to ring in my coupon. I asked if he would give me the $1.00 off my K Cups and when he had time call corporate and see how to do it. He was rude and said " i only know how to push a button" and he was not going to do that. I gave back the K Cups and left. I called corporate when i go home and was told someone would call me after 4 weeks of calling every week a lady "Nancy " called back and said she would have the store owner call me to say he was sorry and she would send me a gifetcard. 9 days later still no call and no gift card. I called again and asked to speak to someone above Nancy. At this point I am am taking this to the President of DD if i have to because of the run around not the $1.00 coupon. After 2 called a Man Named Dan called me back I explained what was going on and how i was giving the run around. He said he would look into it and get back to me. 3 day later i got a $5.00 gift card from Nancy but still no call. Dan called today and the Owner said the case is closed so he does not care if I am happy or upset. Dan was helpful and is also sending me a gift card But rest assure i will never use that store again and will tell my friends and family not to use the store on 2727 capital blvd. Raleigh NC.
