They are the worst ever. Why don't they have real people on the phone instead of a stupid computer. I have been over worked and trying to make our loan payments. If you have workmen's comp., forget they take for ever to pay anything. We sent all the paper work and hardship letter.., well were is the help they say. Not... If any one knows a good lawyer that doesn't charge alot
And works with people not for profit. Help!!! So where is the help that everyone say is out there NOT!!!
