These lender (NationStar) are taking advantage of the HAMP program. They keep asking us to submitting paper work and document to be approve for HAMP since early November; also on early January I have been calling them several times and leave message but they (NationStar) never reply until middle of February. My mortgage payment already behind more than 3 months. The Lender are supposed to be work out with the borrower and protecting us from being foreclosure. I was so tired of being abused by NationStar during the loan modification process. I am homeowners desperately need HAMP. I have spoke and contacted loan modification Department of NationStar for assistance, and nothing has come to work. The NationStar no help at all for my HAMP.
