Ameriquest allowed my xhusband to refinance my home/ipaid for. They took my name off mortage/left it on deed / without out ever speaking to me. Most of the information on loan papers is a lie. He has frauded me out of all my assets. I have documents to prove what he has done. We will be in court soon and hes going to be in a world of trouble. I live in home and have been paying mortg. He has all my money so I can pay mortg. Or eat. They are starting fourclosure and won't even look at my evidence. Tthey call me at least 4 or 5 times a day asking for him and threating me. Over 100,000 equity in home I need surgery. I need my equity
