Citibank locked me out - Citibank

After spending 4 hours 2 days before because Citibank locked me out of my accounts their websiet and the phone app didn't work. They've now locked me out of my accounts telling me that my date of birth has changed since my birth and after being it being in their system for decades. FOUR, (4) supervisors told me to pop down to a branch as I MUST change THEIR MISTAKE.—Their branches are closed at this time.

This means that my accounts were tampered with and my security breached.
