I got a phone call from rx fin and i listened to them until they wanted my account information. I then hung up on them.in about 2 or 3 miutes they called back. I answered and they told me the account info would only be used to prove i have a valid checking account. So I gave it to them. Then i told him i changed my mind and hung up. They called me about 3 or 4 more times that afternoon so I answered it after a while. They recorded the conversation and the automated system asked me to agree to pay 219.90. I told them i was not going to pay that amount. He told me that the 219.90 was only for customers that had filed bankruptcy within the last 6 months. And my amount would only be 29.95 so i did agree to that. And he told me it was a 5000 dollar credit line.
This happened on 10/16/04 and by 10/22/04 I was missing 219.90 out of my checking account. I called my bank and got their number and I am now fighting trying to get my money put back. So far no luck. The guy i talked to was named jon and he gave me a bogus phone number and his id number was fake too. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY I never received anything in the mail either...
