I just got a credit alert from the credit bearue that i just had a collection report and i owe $260 from this Palisade collection using AT&T as the company i owed. I never owe AT&T any money, In fact, i'm an existing customer. I'm in the process of buying a house and hopefully closing next year, and with this on my credit report, it had decreased my credit score.
I have been taking good care of my credit because i know that i'm getting a house soon and now, it has dramatically affected my credit. I'm a filing a class action law suit and i hope someone can help me.
