Rip-off. False report on my credit. Never had an account with AT&T. Charge is for $283

Palisades collection, LLC has falsely reported to my credit report that I owe $283 dollars. I have never had an account with AT&T and always pay all my bills.

This false report is making it difficult for me to buy a house and is hurting my credit score, which I have worked so hard to keep in good order.

I would like this to be resoved as soon as possible, so that my credit score reflects my good handling of all my debits.
