Palisades Collection LLC had placed a collection amount of $160.00 on my credit report dated August from Verizon. I have not been a Verizon Customer in over 10 years. I owe no monies to them and never did! However, this blemish has reduced my credit score about 30 points, which prevented me from obtaining a line of credit for my small business. I am in the process now of disputing this with the credit reporting agencies.
Furthermore, all the information on Palisades Collection LLC, is incorrect. From the address to the phone number. There is no trace of them. I called Verizon directly and they couldn't locate any info on Palisades, nor the "amount" that I supposedly owed. This entire thing is a farce, a sham, and it is hurting many innocent people! Something needs to be done about this!
