Consumer Capital Services representatives called me August 15 to offer me a major credit card with a $2000.00 credit limit. The rep said that I would have to pay 279.00 to activate the card. After my account was debited 279.00 I was suppose to receive a package with the activation information from the bank 21 days after payment has been received. Consumer Capital Services has not sent the activation package after 2 months of waiting. I have called the company over 50 times and I have left several messages with the number (1-866-206-1427) and they have responded once. The promised to send my money back but of course I have not received 1 penny.
