Not receiving any account statements and never was given notice of change of auto lende

My auto loan was originally with HSBC and about 2 years ago it was taken over by Santander Consumer USA without informing me. I did not find out until i received a repossession letter after about a month and a half being past due on my account that my account was no longer with HSBC but with Santander Consumer USA. I had not received a Account statement from Santander Consumer USA only phone calls. I request my Statements everytime i spoke to a agent and each time they told me that Santander Consumer USA sent it. I only received one (1) statement during the whole time Santander Consumer USA took over my Account. Santander Consumer USA do not have any problem calling me but have a problem sending me a Account Statement each month. I have a problem trusting Santander Consumer USA if they cannot send my account statement each month. I am being Lied to on a regular basis so i will no longer answer or return Santander Consumer USA phone calls until they start sending me my account statements each month. I even asked them to email my statement if they could not send it via mail. I gave Santander Consumer USA my email address and never once received a statement from them
