My husband and i refinanced our house about 2 years ago, our mortgage holder is ocwen, it has been a nightmare from the start, and still is they have ruined my credit to where we cannot refinance our home, we have fell behind in our payments because of unforseen circumstances, we dont know where to turn we dont want to loose our home, i am scared of what will happen if i dont get some help.
They have had us in default so many times its unreal. Trying to charge us for insurance we already have, unexplained charges on our statements every month, we call them but it ends up in a shouting match. We are so stressed its unreal. People at ocwen are not friendly unwilling to help. We refuse to file a forebearance agreement because then they would probably take my house. We are probably going into foreclosure soon if we dont find the right person to help us out of this big mess we are in with these people. They are thieves.
