Ist National/Community bank were supposed to debit my account for a loan to them on the first of the month. They did not even though the funds were in the bank, then they charged me late fees and insurance payments on the note even though it was THEIR fault the payment was late. The individual responsible for employee training had handled my loan papers and they were incorrectly done.
The manager Don, was supposed to have it all straightened out and was supposed to call me monday to have me come in and sign new loan papers that would be correct. He also promised me I would be refunded for the extra fees and the fees for insufficients cuased by the bank withholding to much from previous payments.
Needless to say none of it happened and he never returned my phone callls. Weeks later 1st national has not responded to customer complaint cards or calls. I know of others who have also been ripped off by this bank for $1000.00s of dollars.
We need a class action suit against this bank!!!
