The First Consumers accounts were sold to First National Bank of Omaha when the bankruptcy proceedings occured. Hence the mailing address changed to Omaha for payments. However check your statements when crediting the payments they note Atlanta, GA. This is what causes the delay of posting accounts!

The Omaha bank is forwarding payments from Omaha to Atlanta for deposits This drags out the time to credit the accounts and allow them to place new fees for late or overlimit to the account. If no one has filed a class action—Report your issues with this Rip-off bank to the Comptroller of the Currency, who actually regulates the national banks go to http://www.occ. Treas. Gov/index.htm.
