In april i paid NCA $4500.in good faith. I needed help to contact a bank to help me modify my mortgage becasue of loss of income. They promptly charged to my credit card the $4500. And then proceeded to appear to help me.
I trusted they would do what was promised - help me mortifiy and get a good outcome with the bank.
My mortgage modifcation was started but never finaalized.
Today, 9-4 i am still paying off that credit card bill and i am still fighting with the bank for help.
I would truly like to find out if there is any way i can recoop this money i paid in good faith.
