Ex-employee, worked for MIC for 3 years, was terminated without cause. Stay away from this company. They are NOT interested in helping you, they are only interested in getting your deposit. The Good Faith Deposit is NOT REQUIRED for a VA Loan, but MIC will make you pay it. Their sales pitch sounds great, but it is designed to appeal to those who are not knowledgeable regarding mortgages and financing. If you want to take advantage of lower mortgage rates, use anyone BUT MIC. Keep your money AND your dignity. Don't fall for the scam. And the veteran who owns this company (and refers to his customers as "idiots", simple-minded" or "stupid") should be ashamed of himself. Again, there are a LOT of banks out there that will give you a very good rate, WITHOUT making you finance their wealthy lifestyle.
