Found this co. To be despicable

I recently obtained my lexisnexis clue report because I found out my ex-husband auto claims & vechiles were on my clue report. This is the co. That reports to auto & home insurance companies & this information is given to them at time of your insurance quote. So obviously if there are claims it will affect your rates for 7 yrs.

But after receiving clue report from lexisnexis I found that on my claim history was information about my ex-husband's son & his vechiles & claims he made with auto insurance.

My report had over a dozen claims that did not belong to me. Only 1 was mine. So I contacted LexisNexis & told them that all this wrong claim history is on my report & told them about the divorce etc. Said I could provide any proof regarding divorce papers, az title & registration.

They never commented on that & I thought all the erroneous information would be removed from my clue report but I received another clue report & all they did was say I never lived or used their address which is not what all I had told them.

So the claims remain on my clue report & I made a complaint with the AZ attorney general office today & am contacting my attorney as well.

LexisNexis told me the information they had on my report was provided my Farmers Insurance Group & I haven't even had that ins.Co. For decades.

It seems the ins. Companies & lexisnexis is basically involved in fraud in my opinon because they did not get this information from the AZ MVD & the insurance companies obviously would have a vested interest in keeping wrong claim information to make my insurance rates high.

And LexisNexis was not interested in any proof that I said numerous times I was willing to submit to them but take the ins.Co. Word on vechiles & claims that were never mine.

In my view LexisNexis is a despicable co. With disgusting business practices. And it would seem to me they are breaking the law by keeping over a dozen claims ion my clue report that do not belong to me.

I asked the customer rep at that co. "How would they like to have claims on their clue report that is not theirs?" They said "no they wouldn't" but still would not remove the erroneous information.

I suggest everyone get their lexisnexis report free every year to see if your information is correct.
