Since dealing with Pioneer Credit Recovery (partnership with Department of Education) I have received misinformation regarding payment arrangements for my student loan. I sent a payment of $189.00 to the U.S. Department of Education towards my loan and I was told it would be used towards my recovery payment arrangement. However, because of the date is was sent in (which makes no sense at all) I can not use it towards a payment unless I pay $78.00. This is ridiculous!!! I was told along that it be used and now its restrictions on it. A payment is a payment!!! My representative Amanda Parsons, has tried to talked over me while I am trying to explain myself. Her verbal tone was unprofessional at times; just because you are dealing with customers trying to fix their loans does not give you the right to talk over them or try to belittle them when they do not understand the process. Especially, if I am receiving misinformation within our conversation!!
