I wont name the claims adjuster name, however I fell you konw the offer of 18,721 $ is to low to even consider for a 2003 ford experdition. A biased computer report prepared by CCC and the automatic data process system is used to under value claims. I send safeway the kelly blue book, and other local market information, as to the value of my automobile. There are a lot of insurance companies who use ADP reports to adjust Total loss claims. Because of ADP, s allegedly biased cumputer reports, the insurance companies regularly pay less money for your Medpay claim and / or total loss claim than they shold. If your Medpay claim or Total loss claim was reviewed by an ADP report, then you may be a victim of this Scheme. My SUV is worth 21.900 to 28.000 with the average in the market I live in at 22.900. I expect to be treated fair. I can use any help to reslove this matter.
