This Company called us after we did a refinance search to lower our rates. Gave a great quote and started the process. The rate we agreed on changed every phone call, wanted a second mortgage to cover fees, Requested a change in insurance before any final aproval was made, Very unorganized, implied we lived very far away. (They called us) I had to find an apraiser. What a joke!!! Cash out changed from to $1800, to around $10.00 in less than 24hrs before closing! Then offered $600. The second mortgage was for $6000 to cover their fees!
